OUR SERVICES

The Best Daycare

We believe learning in a safe, warm, and inviting environment is paramount in the success of nurturing young minds and students. Our curriculum was intentionally designed to ensure your whole child’s development needs.

We follow a STEM and Cognitive Based Curriculum at the preschool level. Each week, a new topic is presented for the children to explore and learn about. We also start to introduce basic academics, such as letter, number and shape recognition, as well as language and writing skills. Throughout the day, we expose children to a second and third language, Spanish and Romanian.

We also believe in cultural diversity and will celebrate the benefits of diversity with each individual child and enable them to understand and acknowledge differences. Children learn through play and as an educators we will value and develop each child’s strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge to extend their learning.

ABOUT US

Our Philosophy

Our Philosophy is STEM and Cognitive Based which emphasizes on Learning Through Play, Fostering Independence & Responsibility, Sensorial Activities, Language, Math, Science, Art, Music and Physical Education. In a STEM and Cognitive Based program, young children learn through active exploration in an environment which is rich in materials and opportunities to converse, socialize, work, play and negotiate with others. The classroom is planned to encourage curiosity, exploration and problem solving in an atmosphere of warmth, affection and respect
for each child. Teachers plan experiences based on children’s interests and appropriate educational concepts. Children may work individually or collaboratively, and may choose whether or not to participate in a project. Children are actively involved in experiences which include foundations of math, science, creative art, language, music, indoor and outdoor movement and dramatic play. All interrelated aspects of the child’s growth and development are considered — intellectual, social, emotional, physical and creative.

Meet our Qualified Staff

Here at Early Achievers Academy our mission is to provide the same nurturing and positive atmosphere for your child that you would provide for them at home. Children attending Early Achievers Academy will grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually in a loving home environment with developmentally appropriate activities and daily opportunities to explore and learn through play. Organic, home cooked meals, because nutrition is an important part of a healthy growth. Our story is simple. As owner, having my own child has been a true blessing. We wanted to offer him the best environment possible. Thus, we started looking for a daycare in the area. Shortly after, I realized that offering him care in a home like facility was the best option for him. Our two-year old son has become our inspiration in opening this facility. What I want to offer him, as my own family, I want to offer to others. After significant research and training in child development, I have quit my corporate job in order to pursue this dream. I could not be prouder of our family preschool, our staff and all the future little scholars. We look forward to getting to know your child here at Early Achievers Academy!

The amount of adult guidance varies with each activity, as it is our belief that a good program offers both directed and non-directed experiences, encouraging your child to plan and think about their actions. We offer the experience of mixed age class which is unique and special in many ways; the younger children thrive by observing and modeling what the older children can do, and the older children learn about compassion and leadership as they help their younger friends. Our goal is to foster a sense of independence, but to also be present whenever a child asks for help or needs some encouragement when
trying something new.
