About Us

Welcome Early Achievers Academy! In a few words our story started out of necessity. Having our son was a pure blessing as I’m sure it is to you too, we wanted to offer him the best development possible so we started researching the best and healthiest foods, toys, activities to offer to him. I think we have achieved our goal up until our son turned two and I had to go back to work at that point we started interviewing lots of daycares in our area I could not find a home-like childcare center or a home based daycare offering what I was offering him at home a loving nurturing environment, healthy organic food made from scratch and developmentally appropriate activities, I did not want to compromise and instead of continuing to look, I decided to quit my corporate job and build my own, my own daycare where I can offer what is best not only to my son but also to other kids. In that moment, this was a little nuts--I had no direct experience with early childhood education, starting a business and renovating our own house to build the physical preschool, but what I had was not only the desire to offer the best education but also had crystal clear picture of what I knew a preschool should offer: a beautiful home away from home location, bright, clean and loving environment with amenities to support working families. Also, I had friends. Great friends! Friends who were amazing educators, mentors who worked in the industry for years who trained and supported us through the journey. Did we make mistakes? Tons! But we learned from each mistake improved and focused on the end goal—the best possible preschool experience for working families—kept us going the whole time. Now after all the efforts, intensive early education classes and training I couldn’t be prouder of our family preschool, the staff and each of our amazing little scholars.
Our Curriculum Philosophy
A Bilingual and Cognitive Based Curriculum emphasizes on -Learning Through Play, Fostering Independence & Responsibility, Sensorial Activities, Language, Math, Science, Art, Music and Physical Education. In a Cognitive Based program, young children learn through active exploration in an environment which is rich in materials and opportunities to converse, socialize, work, play and negotiate with others.
In a Cognitive Based program, young children learn through active exploration in an environment which is rich in materials and opportunities to converse, socialize, work, play and negotiate with others. The classroom is planned to encourage curiosity, exploration and problem solving in an atmosphere of warmth, affection and respect for each child. Teachers plan experiences based on children’s interests and appropriate educational concepts. Children may work individually or collaboratively, and may choose whether or not to participate in a project. Children are actively involved in experiences which include foundations of math, science, creative art, language, music, indoor and outdoor movement and dramatic play. All interrelated aspects of the child’s growth and development are considered — intellectual, social, emotional, physical and creative. Even children younger than 2 years, tend to choose to participate in the above activities so our activities are tailored to the interest, abilities, as well as, the ages of the children in our care. The amount of adult guidance varies with each activity, as it is our belief that a good program offers both directed and non-directed experiences, encouraging your child to plan and think about their actions. We offer the experience of mixed age class which is unique and special in many ways; the younger children thrive by observing and modeling what the older children can do, and the older children learn about compassion and leadership as they help their younger friends. Our goal is to foster a sense of independence, but to also be present whenever a child asks for help or needs some encouragement when trying something new. We also believe in cultural diversity and will celebrate the benefits of diversity with each individual child and enable them to understand and acknowledge differences. Children learn through play and as an educators we will value and develop each child's strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge to extend their learning.

Here at Early Achievers Academy our mission is to provide the same nurturing and positive atmosphere for your child that you would provide for them at home. Children attending Early Achievers Academy will grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually in a loving home environment with developmentally appropriate activities and daily opportunities to explore and learn through play. Organic, home cooked meals, because nutrition is an important part of a healthy growth. Our story is simple. As owner, having my own child has been a true blessing. We wanted to offer him the best environment possible. Thus, we started looking for a daycare in the area. Shortly after, I realized that offering him care in a home like facility was the best option for him. Our two-year old son has become our inspiration in opening this facility. What I want to offer him, as my own family, I want to offer to others. After significant research and training in child development, I have quit my corporate job in order to pursue this dream. I could not be prouder of our family preschool, our staff and all the future little scholars. We look forward to getting to know your child here at Early Achievers Academy!
